While at Beatport I was constantly trying to revamp the user’s online experience. One area that was in drastic need of improvement was the Beatport Customer Support area. I created video tutorials to educate users and then built a “Tutorial Center” around these tutorials. While at it, I coupled the Beatport Knowledge Base and Live Chat with the Tutorial Center to create an entirely new Cusotmer Support area. I created all tutorials, IA design, interface design, and front end development.
